TWO-DAY CELLULAR REVITALIZATION CYCLE*
SENOTHERAPEUTICS: UNLOCKING THE SECRETS OF AGING
Senotherapeutics are a rapidly emerging treatment within the field of anti-aging research. As we get older, our immune system slows down, leading to an accumulation of senescent cells. These cells impair the function of healthy cells, affecting our resilience to stress and illness. They are a major driver of age-related chronic disease and geriatric syndromes, including cognitive decline. Senotherapeutics, including senolytics and senomorphics, are designed to target and eliminate these senescent cells, supporting the regeneration of new tissue. One of the most promising senotherapeutics currently being studied today is D+Q, a combination of Dasatinib and Quercetin.

WHAT IS THE D+Q TREATMENT?
The D+Q senolytic treatment combines Dasatinib, a powerful tyrosine kinase inhibitor commonly used to treat leukemia, and Quercetin, a naturally occurring flavonoid with potent antioxidant properties. In 2019, the first human clinical trial revealed that D+Q can also significantly reduce age-related declines in humans. Interestingly, the combination has also demonstrated therapeutic potential in managing long COVID-19 symptoms. Additional trials with D+Q have shown progress in moderating the progression of Alzheimer's disease, reversing damage from traumatic brain injury (TBI), and even reversing down syndrome cells in vitro. It is also thought to contribute to skin rejuvenation through its selective elimination of senescent cells. This powerful combination works by targeting adverse signalling pathways associated with aging. These pathways consist of what are called tyrosine kinase enzymes and receptors. D+Q is known to slow down (inhibit) these specific pathways (shown in the table below).

NATURAL KINASE INHIBITORS: COMPOUNDS THAT TARGET THE SAME PATHWAYS AS dasatinib
A 2020 research finding demonstrated that certain compounds, isolated from natural sources, can target many of the same pathways as Dasatinib. Several studies have examined what are called "nutritional" senolytics, and concluded that they can also exhibit potent senotherapeutic properties. This research inspired the development of a natural mimetic to the D+Q treatment, leading to the creation of NEUROmergence®.
NEUROmergence® is formulated with natural ingredients shown in research to act on many of the same pathways as D+Q, one of the most advanced and recent combinations in anti-aging science. Additionally, several compounds found in NEUROmergence® have demonstrated the ability to promote the regulation and activation of AMPK*. A 2015 study indicated that activation of AMPK can successfully delay aging.

NEUROmergence® is a powerful two-day regimen to support the fight against aging and cognitive decline, by promoting the elimination of senescent cells*. This helps your body's natural cleanup process, clearing out worn-out cells so healthier ones can thrive. The product has been praised as a unique and well tolerated alternative to D+Q, formulated with compounds known to have excellent safety profiles. This innovative approach in product development has made advanced senotherapeutic support widely available for everyone.* Many users report feeling clearner, more focused, and energized. Over time, clearing senescent cells may help maintain youthful energy, brain function and overall vitality.*
WHAT IS IN NEUROMERGENCE®?
![]() |
Quercetin
Sophora japonica
Quercetin is a flavonoid found in apples, onions, and berries, known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It is thought to support immune health, cardiovascular function, and help reduce senescent cells associated with aging. Research shows quercetin blocks survival pathways used by damaged cells, including members of the SRC family and BCL-2. These actions overlap with Dasatinib’s D+Q pathway targets. |
![]() |
Senna
Cassia angustifolia (standardized to 70% Sennoside B)
Senna is best known as a natural laxative, but its active compound sennoside B is thought to also protect tissue, support muscle function, and maintain blood-brain barrier integrity as we age. It has shown to reduce harmful signaling through the PDGFR-β pathway, which is linked to fibrosis, fat buildup, and poor healing. This same pathway is a key target of dasatinib, making sennoside B fundamental in formulating a Dasatinib mimetic.* |
![]() |
Fisetin
Cotinus coggygria
Fisetin, found in strawberries and apples, is considered one of the most promising natural senotherapeutics. Studies suggest it helps the body clear senescent cells, reduces inflammation, and supports brain and metabolic health as we age. Mechanistically, fisetin acts on AMPK, mTOR, and CDK pathways, which overlap with dasatinib’s senolytic signaling targets.* |
![]() |
Spermidine
Oryza sativa
Spermidine is a natural compound in foods like wheat germ and soy, shown in human studies to support heart, brain, and immune health. It helps trigger autophagy, the body’s cellular “cleanup” process that clears damaged parts of cells. Spermidine also blocks SRC family kinases (SRC, FYN, LYN) and BCL-2 enzymes, overlapping with dasatinib’s D+Q activity against senescent cells.* |
![]() |
Pterostilbene
Vaccinium caesariense
Pterostilbene, a potent antioxidant from blueberries and grapes, absorbs better than resveratrol and supports healthy metabolism, brain, and heart aging. Recent studies show it reduces activity in the BCR-ABL pathway and suppresses AKT and NF-κB signaling, helping clear out damaged cells. These same pathways are central to the underlying mechanisms of Dasatinib.* |
![]() |
Ku Shen
Sophora flavescens (standardized to 40% Oxymatrine / 20% Lupeol)
Our Ku Shen extract is standardized for 40% oxymatrine and 20% lupeol. Oxymatrine has been shown to act on aging-related pathways like BCL-2, PDGFR, TGF-β/Smad, and NF-κB, which are linked to fibrosis and inflammation. Lupeol overlaps by regulating the BCL-2/Bax pathway and suppressing NF-κB, shifting cells toward healthier turnover. These combined effects align Ku Shen with Dasatinib’s anti-aging pathways.* |
![]() |
Berberine
Coptis chinensis
Berberine is a plant compound studied for its role in metabolic and cardiovascular support, including blood sugar balance and improved energy use in cells. It activates AMPK to promote autophagy and mitochondrial health. Berberine also inhibits kinases such as CSF1R, KIT, PIK3CD, and ROCK2, overlapping with dasatinib’s activity on inflammatory and survival pathways.* |
![]() |
Rutin
Sophora japonica
Rutin is a flavonoid found in buckwheat, citrus, and green tea, valued for its antioxidant, vascular, and skin-support properties. It helps improve collagen structure, circulation, and reduce harmful signals from senescent cells. Rutin also inhibits c-Met kinase, a pathway connected to inflammation and survival signals, overlapping with dasatinib’s kinase targets. |

ABOUT MDS LABS

Andy –
This is the real deal! On my second month and my focus has really improved. Also seems like I’m getting better sleep, and having less digestion issues. Will continue to use this one.
Alicia –
Just got it last Friday. Took 6 yesterday and I feel pretty good today. I think I’ll wait a few weeks before taking the second dose.
Markus –
I switched over to this after taking Qualia senolytic. Although Qualia seemed to work, Neuromergence is a lot more powerful. I haven’t felt this good in years. As others have said, the main thing is improving sleep quality. It does take about a week to kick in.
Thomas –
Best Anti-aging supplement out there! It’s not cheap, but definitely worth it.
Miguel –
I was taking D+Q, but switched to this based on a recommendation from a colleague. It feels more potent to me. It has a Similar onset as D+Q, with a heavy sensation for about an hour or two. It goes to work right away on my problem areas. I’m also cycling Rapamycin at the same time. Can’t wait for MDS Labs to release their liposomal Alpinetin product. Any idea when that will be?
MDS Labs Support Team –
Thank you for the feedback Miguel. We are hoping to launch that product next month. Please sign up for the newsletter for the latest updates.
Janette –
I’ve tried many products that don’t live up to the hype, but this one does. I love that I only have to take it twice a month. I’m seeing a big difference in my hands and feet, in addition to the varicose veins around my ankles that have almost faded away. I recommended this to my friend Erin and so far she’s also noticed diminishing wrinkles on her hands.
James –
NEUROmergence delivers exactly what it promises. I felt a noticeable boost in my cognitive function and energy levels after two days of use. It’s a unique product that stands out in a crowded market. Five stars from me!
Allan –
Never taken a product like this, where I can feel it working. This is my second month and I am thinking more clearly, and feel more focused. Also finding things faster and keeping better track of time. Do I need to keep taking this because I’m back to 100%?
MDS Labs Support –
It’s up to you. You can continue with additional dosage cycles as needed.
Linda –
This product is phenomenal! NEUROmergence has become a staple in my routine. It’s easy to take, just twice a month. Seems like it makes my other supplements and medications work better.
Patricia –
I’ve been using NEUROmergence for a month now, and the difference is subtle but present. I feel slightly sharper, and I have more energy throughout the day. It’s a promising product that I hope will continue to deliver benefits.
Robert –
As someone deeply invested in anti-aging research, I was thrilled to discover NEUROmergence. This supplement has all the right ingredients, and after just two cycles, I feel like I have so much more energy. It’s a potent formula compared to other brands.
Justine –
Just got it today. Will report back with my review.
Dave –
Was recommend from a friend on Facebook and decided to try it. I like to take 3 in the morning, and 3 at night. Helps with mood and boosts sleep quality.
Ed –
Excellent product. 64 years old, and this is the only supplement I take now. My memory has improved, and my mind has become much sharper.
Cindy –
Interesting product. I feel something right after I take it. I’ll update this after I’ve been taking it for some time.
Terri –
MDS Labs has been great. They’ve done so much research on everything they sell. I found them from the Facebook page Neuromergence and also joined their Senolytic Research group. They are always posting good content. I take this product and also Neurovantage, and they really help with focus and energy. Looking forward to their TCM products, they look promising.
Tony –
NEUROmergence actually works in clearing up a great deal of the “brain fog”!!! Great product !!!
Carla –
I’m 52 and for the last two years I’ve felt like I lost part of my brain. I was forgetting names, losing track of tasks, and honestly just tired all the time. I didn’t expect much from this but after the first weekend cycle something started to shift. I noticed I could read longer without drifting off. My energy felt stable and my sleep was much deeper. A week later I realized I hadn’t reached for coffee once. I’ve since told my sister and a couple friends. This has given me a piece of myself back.
Ben –
Been using this for two months. Subtle but meaningful changes. I’m 58 and spend most of my day in front of a screen. Usually by mid-afternoon my focus would drop, but I’ve noticed my stamina has improved. Sleep has become more restful. I feel more clear in the mornings. It’s not dramatic, but it feels like a quiet correction happening under the surface. That’s the best way I can describe it. I’ll continue taking it.
Tanya –
I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years. Most don’t do much. This one surprised me. I only take it two days a month and it somehow sets the tone for everything else I do. I feel more present, more alert, and oddly more calm. I’ve started finishing books again, which I hadn’t done in years. I don’t know how it works exactly, but it works for me.
Gregory –
First month in. Can’t say I’ve noticed a big difference yet, though my sleep might be slightly better. Was hoping for more clarity or mental sharpness right away, but maybe I need another round. I’ll give it a couple more months and update if things change.
Melinda –
I take it the first weekend of each month and that’s all it takes. I sleep better, wake up easier, and my mind feels a little sharper during meetings. I like that it doesn’t need to be taken every day. I do wish the capsules were easier to swallow. That’s the only drawback for me.
Samir –
I wasn’t expecting much but I was wrong. This is subtle but powerful. There’s a sort of mental “quiet” that came after using it. Less fog, more flow. I didn’t realize how much noise was in my head until it started to clear. I’m now recommending it to friends and coworkers.
Derek –
Started using this in January and I’m seeing small but real improvements. I’m less reactive, more patient, and getting through tasks that I used to put off. I’ve also noticed I remember people’s names more easily. That used to be a real problem for me. It’s not a miracle pill, but it’s helping.
Jonathan –
There was a mild body effect about 30 minutes after taking it. My joints didn’t ache like they usually do, and my head felt clear. But after that initial lift, I didn’t notice much else. I’ll give it another month, but I’m holding back full judgment for now. Maybe it’s more cumulative than immediate.
Kelly –
When I first tried this, I honestly thought it wasn’t doing anything. The first two days were uneventful. A week later, I noticed I was less irritable in the mornings. By the second cycle, I was finishing books again, remembering passwords without looking them up, and feeling less overwhelmed in conversations. It didn’t hit all at once — it crept in. I’ve now taken it for four months and I’m convinced. This has become one of the few things I consistently stick with.
Dana –
I gave NEUROmergence a fair try, did two full cycles. I think I noticed a mild improvement in focus and recall, but it’s hard to say if it was the supplement or just better sleep. It’s not a dramatic change, and at this price point, I really can’t justify continuing just to maybe see results months down the line. It might work better for others, especially if you’re already taking things like this regularly. But for me, I’d need to see more obvious benefits sooner to commit long term.
Neil –
I almost returned it after the first round. I thought it was overhyped. But I decided to stick it out. By the end of the second month I realized I was more organized, calmer, and more able to handle multitasking. Now I look forward to my monthly dose. This has replaced several other things I was using before. It’s hard to explain the shift, but if you stick with it, you’ll understand.
Ray –
Subtle but noticeable clarity
Dr. Varga –
As a neuroscientist with a specialization in neurodegeneration and cellular senescence, I approached NEUROmergence with a high degree of skepticism. Many over-the-counter supplements make broad claims but lack meaningful pharmacokinetic profiles or supporting data. However, the formulation here intrigued me. Several of the ingredients: pterostilbene, fisetin, and berberine — have demonstrated promise in the literature, albeit mostly in preclinical studies. The addition of matrine and oxymatrine is particularly interesting, as those are less common in Western blends but have potential immunomodulatory and senolytic effects.
I began with a bi-weekly cycle regimen, as suggested by the manufacturer, and monitored subjective and objective changes using cognitive testing software I often use in lab settings (CANTAB battery). Within 90 minutes of the first dose I did notice a slight analgesic effect, likely due to modulation of inflammatory cytokines or transient dopamine pathway stimulation. That faded by the third dose, but it wasn’t the point. Over the course of the second cycle, I began to observe a subtle but consistent improvement in working memory, processing speed, and sleep consolidation.
These changes were not dramatic, nor are they meant to be. This is not a stimulant-based product. It’s closer to a long-term systems modulator. After six weeks, the most salient improvement has been in my resilience to cognitive fatigue, which I typically experience after extended lectures or peer review marathons. I also noticed my usual post-lunch mental dip has nearly vanished, which correlates with stabilized glucose levels I’ve observed in my Freestyle Libre sensor (I’m T2D and on metformin).
I’ve taken Rapamycin (off-label) and tried several standalone polyphenols like quercetin and resveratrol. NEUROmergence offers a compact, synergistic approach that may reduce the need to juggle multiple bottles. That said, its mechanism is still not well-understood, and I would caution others not to see this as a miracle. It is a tool, one of many, in the arsenal against age-related cognitive decline. For those in midlife looking to preserve mental clarity without chasing nootropic fads, I cautiously recommend it, provided you’re realistic about the timeline and outcomes.
Price is not trivial, but the ingredient density and sourcing appear to justify the cost. I will continue to monitor both subjective response and biochemical markers, but for now, this is the first supplement of its kind I’ve reordered for myself, as well as recommended for others.
Jake –
I’ve been stacking all the usuals for a while, but NEUROmergence surprised me. It doesn’t hit you like a stim, more like a systems reset. Took a couple cycles, but now I feel sharper, calmer, and way more dialed in. Definitely keeping this in my monthly rotation.
Monica –
I’ve been taking NEUROmergence for about two months now. The first thing I noticed was slightly better sleep and maybe a little less joint stiffness, which was nice. Mentally, I do feel a bit more clear at times, but it’s hard to say if that’s the supplement or just life getting less stressful lately. It’s also pretty expensive, so I’m still debating if the benefits are worth the cost. I’ll probably try one more cycle and decide from there.
