THE RESEARCH BEHIND D+Q


The D+Q combination pairs Dasatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, with Quercetin, a flavonoid known for its antioxidant properties. A 2019 human clinical trial reported encouraging early findings on senescent-cell clearance in people [1], and the combination has since become one of the most actively studied treatments in senolytic science. The work centers on a family of signalling pathways tied to aging, built around tyrosine kinase enzymes and receptors. Quercetin is one of the two original compounds in that research, making it a natural foundation for the formula.

A 2020 research paper reported that certain plant-derived compounds have been studied on many of the same pathways explored in Dasatinib research [2].
