MDS LABS RETURN POLICY
At MDS Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. No questions asked.
To start a return, email support@mdslabs.shop with your name, address, and order number. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
After we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 6 business days.
You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, and these costs are nonrefundable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and make it right.
Sale items: Sale items can be returned if they are unopened and within the same 30 day window.
If you are outside the 30 day window, please still contact us. We want to help, and we may grant returns or partial refunds as a gesture of goodwill.
